Do you set the rental prices for my inventory?
No. Digital Art Stack does not set the rental prices for your physical inventory; you maintain full control over your end-customer pricing. Our platform is the infrastructure — you decide what to charge your customers.
What does the transaction fee apply to?
The transaction fee is calculated on gross rental revenue processed through the platform. It covers payment processing infrastructure and fraud protection. The Starter plan charges 2.9% and the Professional plan charges 1.5%.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately — new features are unlocked right away and billing is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Who handles payments and billing?
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscription tiers. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
What counts as a 'store location'?
A store location is any physical or virtual pickup / drop-off point that has its own inventory pool, availability calendar, and customer-facing booking page.
