Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your platform subscription fees. If you are not fully satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us at support@digitalartsstack.com and we will issue a full refund of the subscription fee paid — no questions asked.
The 30-day guarantee applies to your first subscription period only. It does not apply to renewals, plan upgrades, or any overage or usage-based fees accrued during the trial period.
2. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you wish to cancel, you must do so before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you retain access to the Service until then.
3. Transaction Fees
Percentage-based transaction fees (applied to rental revenue processed through the platform) are non-refundable once the underlying transaction has been settled, as these reflect real payment processing costs incurred on your behalf.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Outside of the 30-day guarantee window, we may, at our sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds for extenuating circumstances such as significant service outages directly attributable to our platform. Such decisions are made case-by-case and do not constitute a precedent or obligation.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 30-day window, email us at support@digitalartsstack.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days.
Because Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle and will appear on your statement from Paddle. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
